Lättaste knapriga äppelkakan - Easy Crunchy Apple Cake
This Apple Cake is a favourite because it is as quick to make as it is delicious!
5 apples, medium sized and firm
125 g butter
1.5 dl sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 dl plain flour
Peel and slice the apples. Place in a greased cake tin.
Melt the butter in a pot and mix in sugar and then the flour mixed with baking powder. Quickly stir together.
Pour the mix over the apples.
Bake at 175 degrees C (350 F), approx. 30 minutes.
Serve with vanilla custard, vanilla ice cream or vanilla cream. Yum!
